Terms of Service

HIGHNET is not open to the general public. Access is granted strictly via verified invitation codes distributed by existing members in good standing.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to access the platform.
• You must not have been previously removed from the platform for violations of our Standard.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

Our community thrives on quality, not quantity. All members are expected to adhere to a code of conduct that prioritizes respectful discourse and purposeful interaction.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Invite codes are non-transferable once redeemed. Selling or trading invite codes on third-party platforms will result in immediate termination of both the seller's and the buyer's accounts.

You retain ownership of the content you post to HIGHNET. However, by posting, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service. We do not sell your personal data or content to third-party advertisers.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
